Keeps calling my mobile daily (for past week) but rings off before I can answer

Yet another fecking recorded caller in a robotic voice saying that " there has been a FRAUD ticket marked against you. If you do not press 1, then we will assume you want to be arrested and the police will come to your home and arrest you." Or something along those lines. Same crap, probably from the same office, same people (if you can call them that), on a different number. Just hang up on these wasters of Oxygen.

PPI Pre-recorded message. Can t say more as I hung up after 5 secs. Avoid like the plague.

I have no idea why but I am repeateadly getting texts from this number and it says it is from Lurid Nature, the msg says thank you for being our client and if you are interested in more offers please visit our webpage. It seems they put me in their client list or so, even though , I have never bought anything from them

I answered a call from 01916404749. A man said its the Football Pools company but he wasnt able to tell me where he got my number. Seems to be untrustworthy.

This number is unallocated; the call was from a scammer. These use spoofed numbers, originate outside the UK and are untraceable. NEVER GIVE ANY INFORMATION to these callers ...

Rang me today and said they were the "Vault". I asked them what they wanted and she starts immediately to ask me about my life insurance provisions. Do these idiots actually think that anyone would give personal and financial information to a company they know nothing about? Told them to clear off.

I had somebody come to the house and quote me on new windows. They said that they were doing a discount because of some government scheme but after quoting me a ridiculous price the salesman informed me that the discount was suddenly going to run out and that I had about 24 hours to agree to buy the windows. The person who came to the house was very polite but the company don t have a good reputation, and the prices are ridiculous, I d recommend not answering.

Energy Green Deal - she said this was the company name though I can t find it on Google. Phoned to offer me a fully qualified surveyor to check my windows and doors for any unnecessary heat loss and just leave me that information, plus if there s anyone between ages of 58 and 85 living in the house we will also qualify for the funding , just to keep for the future as a sort of lifeline if you like if we do decide to change anything in the future. Called me at 2030 in the evening, followed by a text message with a reference number. Although I do owe money on some payments..after checking none of them are using this company so somehow they are getting my details somewhere! =(

My 81 year old father was targeted and asked to insure his 4 year old Indesit washing machine. Unwittingly he set up a d.debit which he cancelled the next day, with the bank, when he realised he already had cover. He rang Appliance Serve and told them too, he was asked to put it in writing which he did. He is now getting calls about his non payment and they are threateneing court action as they said they hadn t received a phone call or letter. Total fraudsters targeting the elderly. #scammers
