I work on reception for a home improvements company. The Asian woman called on Thursday 14.6.2018 @ around 10.15am Number was withheld, and said that she was from BT and that we have reported problems with our internet connection with them. I replied "oh are you sure, that is funny, as our IT department has not informed us of any problems" of which she replied that she need our server account number. I replied with "i do not think so, you have called on a withheld number, this sounds like a scam". Phone goe

Multiple calls from 0203 190 8712, 13, 15 & 16. Wonder what happened to 14! Typical scam call centre operation. First few times Asian sounding caller with a made up Anglicised name actually trying to flog something. More recently dropped calls, either before or after answering. They are the first operation I ve ever had spam from on my Mobile, and very odd for it to be a non-withheld UK number.

Asian-sounding male, calling himself Mr. W., asking to speak to my brother. Asked if washing machine was alright. We recently had dishwasher repaired, so I thought call was genuine (insurers). Then asked if I was over 35. I said that was irrelevant. He persisted with question, becoming aggressive in tone. I persisted with my answer. When he asked for my postcode and name I hung up.
