I answered today and said the same thing - so checked what information they had on my address etc, and have the correct address, have asked for the information, and will check it out when I receive it. They called me 2 times and they offered me a new deal about electricity and gas..I don t like make a new deal by phone and I wasn t sure about them, maybe they aren t serious..

Rang saying my insurance was due in my washing machine, I told him I don t have insurance on a machine he said sorry I must have ring the wrong number.
