These people call me at least 3 times a day, and it has been going on for months. The ask me if I have had any PPI in the past, they go on and on, then when I finally convince them that I dont, they then ask if I would be interested in wiping off 70% of my debts! Just done some business with Reed Rains so this looks like another example of passing (or selling on) personal data. The Consumers Association (Which) are currently running a program to identify and stop these sort of calls. I ll add this one to their list

This number called saying, in a computerised American voiced message, that it claimed to be from HMRC, that I was under investigation and that I had to call another number to pay. Definitely a scam.
Rang six times over the last 2 days, each time answered caller hangs up.

Scam pretending to be shell energy wanting a payment which is not due yet. Asked for lots of details that they should not have needed. I called shell driectly and they confirmed no money is outstanding and this was not them
