Tried to tell me I should review my life insurance policy told him I wasn?t interested as I have cover from my employer. He then told me I had a private policy, I don?t. Told him I wasn?t interested and hung up.

Ive had this number since the days of T-Mobile when it used to be on pay as you go. Only swapprd it to pay monthly at Christmas and what do you know 41 missed calls since the end of April. before you say they didn t do a credit check because I ve been a T-Mobile customer for so long. I put down the phone, went to my local bank and asked them to check. No money had been taken or removed or sent. Dangerous for someone who gets involved speaking to these scum.

Tried on two occasions to get a better deal at the end of my 24 month contract, not offered anything worth staying for especially after being a customer for 10 + years. I requested PAC via online chat as others did commenting here. Very painful experience, given the hard sell from retention team and then made very awkward to extract PAC number from them. Subsequently they rang me on said number begging for me to return ? Too late! I wouldn?t go back if it was free.

0161 820 3548 First Response accident claims @ 3.24pm on 26th May 2016 Man just called me with the same accident response claim cr*p as others have reported.
