They are scam artists claiming to be technicians from Talk Talk. They say that your router needs changing. They want you to input a code into your computer. They hang up when you ask them if they can confirm your name or address. Do not deal with these people as they are phishing for your personal information and may rip you off financially.

This is a debt collection company. Often long term or aging debt is sold and the purchasing collection agency makes profit by aggressively chasing that debt. They use any data they can get to bug you typically to begin with by using automated dialers and recorded style messages. They do not check the age of the data or if they do they ignore it. Money in control literally saved my life, I managed to get my self in a right state with my fianances, I was contacted out of the blue and at first I was schepitcal of a company helping me who I have never heard of before. This number comes from a agency in London working on behalf of the times newspaper. If you answer them tell them you want their registered address so you can bill them ?10 per minute, that ll get rid of them, but if the do recall then send them a invoice sent as tracked, and they have to pay you if you pursue to a small debt court. That should get rid of them once and for all. Local Police also informed
