Rang us at 11.15pm and again between 1 and 2am last night. registered with TPS but they can t stop it and BT can t help unless we pay for a blocker and different phones. Claimed to be from TalkTalk technical department and asking questions about my router. A strong Indian accent and a lot of call centre noise in the background. I hung up.
Loads of calls in the last two days, number always changes, and they speak very fast in Indian. I got so annoyed I went through their "survey" which was just a phishing experiment and gave them a load of rubbish but made sure that at the very very end when they asked the question if you were OK to have other parties call about your answers I said "not ok" and he did repeat it back and said that no-one would call. We shall see !! Clearly a crappy company.

Unsurprisingly they immediately put the phone down when I informed them I work with RTA claims in a legitimate law firm. Called herself Amanda Smith. Do not be duped, it is illegal for law firms to approach potential clients in this way. Any company that does is not reputable.
