Claimed to be Visa ringing about fraudulent transactions on my account. First warning sign - Didn't know who I was. They should know whose account the transactions were on Second warning sign - As far as I'm aware Visa don't contact people direct, your card issuer will contact you. So it would have been Lloyds, Halifax, barclaycard, etc
Fraud I believe this number is a fraudulent one posing as a courier firm. Sent in a text l have not opened it fully. I am not expecting any parcels xx

SCAM: I think it must be a scam number because he said he was calling from Carphone Warehouse which has since disbanded. he jumped in with another 'even better offer' before I'd even rejected the 1st offer. SCAM - Claiming I ordered an iPhone 13 through Amazon, decided to play along. He requested that I put him on speaker phone so he could run through filling a form in. Asked for him to send it through email, he said I (as in myself) am not authorised for email, whatever that means. I queried again that I assume I will be notified through email, and for some reason continued to state I am not authorised. I can't believe the guy actually thought I would enter a random URL in to fill in a form, must be nuts!
