I have told friends and family to leave a message and I will pick-up the phone as soon as I recognise the caller or the reason for the call or I will call back. This number has rang several times per day for 3 weeks and never leaves a message. When you answer you can hear someone breathing and background noise but no one speaks. Beware. Very fishy.
