Scam pretending to be virgin media from a noisy call center, played along with them, told md WiFi was being used by five other people for criminal offences ????, when I asked then to confirm my virgin media customer number, they asked me to run a command in Windows, the number they had did match mine on screen by the command was just one to show what programs will open a file when you double click, after that I challenged them and they hung up

09 Dec 2021 - Has called 3 days in a row, not sure if its robotic or a person but after I say hello there is silence and they put the phone down. Supposedly from Microsoft. There was a problem with my hardware/software. They wanted me to turn on my computer and talk them through what was on the screen. Obviously a scam, not sure if it was for money or data, but I continued talking to them without giving any details until I had found my school whistle and then blew it down the phone (loudly) at them. I work in a large infants school, I have a good pair of lungs :-)
