Received a phonecall from this number yesterday claiming they were Vodafone. I'm not a Vodafone customer. He asked me what my current tariff was and proceeded to aggressively hard sell me a Vodafone equivalent (which was no better than my current one!!) Kept getting calls from 0161 850XXX. XXX differs each time. I never answer as my phone displays scam or telemarketer. Today when I had a missed call I phoned back as I am fed up with them ringing and my number is registered with TPS. Bloke said they had been trying to contact me regarding my Legal & General life insurance. I told him I don't have a life insurance and asked why they kept calling when my number is TPS registered. I also told him when they phone I don't answer as my phone says its a scam call.
