After a little research when they left a similar message to everyone elses reports saying they were DRD and to call them back. This seems to be them http://www.debtreleasedirect.co.uk They are a debt management company (rather than debt collection) and it is a sales call.

Rang me re PPI, I "passed" initial questions, and was put through to someone called Steve in a Company that would handle the claim. That call was cut short due to an "IT issue their end" I never got promised call back, and complained 3 times to Reactiv.
