Fraud. Said they were from Amazon Prime and that money would continue to be taken from my bank account unless I cancelled my subscription. Told me that I should press 1 on my keypad if I wished to speak to a manager. I do not have an Amazon Prime account. This is a total scam!
They claimed they were HMRC and the police were coming to get me for not paying tax ? 1) They didn't know my name 2) Whether it was HMRC / Tax Office / whoever really, they would send a letter (not an email) to you not phone you ! It's a nasty SCAM meant to panic you, these people should be locked up!

Fraud fraud fraud. Do not call back on this number or give any details. My elderly parents received a call this morning. Lucky I was around and he claimed he was calling from virgin media in London. I then asked if he knew English and he said no. From here I released something ain t right. I immediately googled the number he gave and read the previous comment. If u are called do not take this seriously.

This number has called me numerous times over the past 3 or so days, including twice within 10 minutes of each other this morning! If you really want or need to speak to me, then leave a message on my answer machine, simple!! - these people will never leave a message and I will NEVER answer their harrassment calls on a number that I don t recognise. Text message received saying payment authorised from HSBC account & to click on link if it wasn't me. I don't have an HSBC account so clearly attempted fraud. I don't believe any banks contact their customers by text so my advice is never click on these links.

Ridiculous, very noisy in the background, insisted that he needed to speak to the business owner about our electricity. When i asked if it was a sales call, he said no, it's about a complaint from the national grid!!
