Don't know who this is, a computer voice just said "Goodbye" after I picked the phone up!
I hate these people and others like them. I never press any of the numbers (eg, 5 to speak or 9 to reject) as i assume it is a computer generated call "phishing". If i were to press the 9 - opt out option, I assume would be confirming to the computer my nuber is a real live number and they would sell it on.

my usual o2 bill is £28.00 monthly my previous bill came in at £37.00 phoned o2 and I was told no problem and they will give me my money back on my next bill my new bill arrived today and now I have to pay £47.00 and they gave me a text number and say stop and then they gave this long number and told me to try and get my money back them so I phoned them and guess what nobody can speak to me and the machine said someone will phone you in the next couple of days

I get calls on this number supposedly from Assured Protection when I answer the call it is silent for a moment and then I hear a message that the call is from Assured Protection and that no call handlers are available to take "your" call. Using the word "your" call is making it seem that the person being called has called them when in fact it is these clowns who are making the calls, obviously using some call handling software randomly dialing phone numbers.

SCAM. Woman with strong Asian (sounded Indian) accent purporting to be calling from Microsoft informing me of urgent high risk to my computer etc---. I hung up and on checking discovered the number to belong to A&M Todd, a flooring company in Burnley.

I ve received 3 calls from these idiots - two I failed to answer but after reading posts on sites like this decided, for my own amusement, to answer on the third call. The chap on the other end rambled on about insurance and said he was from a company called Red Star. When I asked who Red Star were he got quite abrupt/aggressive. Have received numerous calls from this number however they keep hanging up when I answer the phone. I called them back only to be greeted by an automated message telling me that I could remove my details simply by pressing number 2. I did this and since then the calls have increased to 4 or 5 calls a day. I have now blocked the number from my phone.
