The lady basically said that my fibre-glass wool loft insulation is no longer valid and they in my area tomorrow doing surveys in the neighbouring roads. I have been receiving calls claiming they are calling from open reach informing there is an issue with my broadband. They wanted me to do some thing the broadband devic. This guys are fraud and trying to gain access to your broadband and connect to your device at home and get all the information. Do not answer or report them.
Phoned me everyday for a week, never answer a number I don't know. Added it to my mobile blacklist in the end. That fixed em lol
