Research shows that there is a well known BT hacking scam with a recorded message. This call was 30 mins after an identical from another number 01214360911. Don't speak when answered and numerous calls from same number at same time using clogging up all lines so no one else can ring in, meaning our customers get sent to voicemail. Have emailed 118-online [who's website seems a bit dodgy] and had assurances that our number[s] are taken from their list, but that obviously has not happened. So OFCOM here we come.

Oriental sounding woman called who had my full name, telling me that the UK pension rules had changed and that the call was from the Government to advise me on those changes. Asked about what kind of pensions I had. At that point I politely ended the call. seemed to be a fact finding call about me for nefarious reasons. If I want pension advice I can speak to a qualified advisor or look at a website. Sounded as if the call was scripted as she couldn t / wouldn t answer my questions.

SCAM Call from a foreign gentleman with no control of the English language. He advised he was calling about a recent accident claim. I shouted I was frustrated by the length of time it took him to get back to me, his colleague contacted me several months ago, he apologised and asked me to confirm the nature of my accident. I explained it occured while driving on the M25 I heard an enormous explosion and had to swerve to avoid an oncoming attack by the North Korean Military headed by Kim Jung-un. He hung up.
