I asked him if he was calling from Sky, he should be able to identify who I was, & he claimed to only have my number, not my name. Then I asked why he thought I had Sky. He then hung up!

I said I have no PPI but she said is bank charges that I pay on my bank account. She wanted to know what bank I have, type of account and year I was born.
