This company has called me so many times and ignores my request to stop. Can they be prosecuted or fined for this?

My husband has unfortunately been duped by this company - Clearview partnership. Started with hard sale on Carbon emmisions and he unfortunately has since gone on to invest large sums of money in gems and oil. Portfolio of investment was supposed to go to auction Dec 13. i received a call from this number stating my ip address had been compromised could I please confirm my ip address. when I asked who called they hung up.

I believe you have been in a accident with the last 2-3 years? Had this company call a few times now, even though I ve asked them not to. Reported them to the TPS but they cannot find the company. Clearly they are not legit!

Had a call at 11:27. He said his name was Barry/ Garry and he was calling to renew my Vodafone contract. My contract is not due for renewal for another year! I told him I would ring back. I did not.

My mother-in-law has just found a charge for ?99.99 on her Barclays statement. I ve just spoken to the bank and they have been 100% helpful and have agreed to refund her ASAP. When mum-in-law initialy went into the bank to query the transaction they told her that it was a holiday company and assisted her to call them. The company told her that they take the view that unless you specifically say otherwise they assume that you want thier services, even though the in-laws had no knowledge of the company. T

39 is the country code for Italy, but it s more likely to be a spoofed number.

Bellends rang this morning on a bank holiday. When I answered, it seemed to ring at their end then their was a slight pause after which I could hear some background noise like it was a call-centre before it was terminated.
