SCAM. Very very noisy background. Sounded like Indian call centre with 100s of people nearby. During a pandemic!? Claimed to be BT Openreach checking service. Asked me how many lights flashing on box. I asked where lights would be. Vague response. He asked me to check back. My router doesn’t even have lights on back. Kept telling me to ‘switch off’. Switch what off!? Asked him to confirm customer name. He hung up.

I do not have an eBay account associated with the email address I received the email on. SCAM says its from Royal Mail and to use the link to pay 1.99 for redelivery. 1. Royal Mail don’t use mobiles that I know of. 2. No card was left about mystery parcel. 3. Why would it come from Manchester. Beware don’t use link.
SCAM / SPAM I received a call today, 18th of August 2020 from this number and it was a robotic voice stating it was the HMRC and that the name associated to my number had been involved in fraud. To press 1 otherwise i will be arrested shortly. I didn't check with HMRC, but i doubt this is the way HMRC contacts you if you are involved in any type of fraud. Be aware people! They are probably hunting for your data to commit fraud. I wish they could catch all these people doing this kind of stuff.
