This phone number (01202137404) is from a representative of HomeLogic, a company that sells and installs LogicFoam loft insulation. It is quite safe and is not a scam. It's a cold call that tries to persuade you to install this type of loft insulation i.e. spray foam. The caller said that it's part of a Government initiative to supply every home in Britain with this type of insulation. However, I don't believe this - I suspect that this is just salesman's patter.

Then he started to say that the reason for his call was to say that he loved me/her (Mrs Badmore). I said that if that was the case he d know her first name and put the phone down. Idiot.
