Received texts saying an engineer was coming to install broadband, had no idea what was going on. Had text from Royal Mail saying they had delivered equipment. Then had an engineer text to say he was coming! Found out he was going to a different address. Possibly a genuine error? Nothing bad has happened but annoying.

I received at least 3 to 4 calls from this number every single week. They never want to tell me the name of their company or how they got my number. I told them no so many times and they still call. Better to just block these guys.

Said she was calling from BT open reach about my internet being hacked. Said she would not ask for any personal or bank details. Asked if I had given my internet password to anyone outside my house. I kept asking her for her details but she then asked me if I had a mobile phone. I knew she was scamming and asked her to shut up for one moment and she then said and you shut up two and then she hung up. It s AirBnB. You can attach the internal messaging system to text your phone when someone responds to a message etc. AirBnB use several different numbers to do this. This is one of them.
