Fraud, claims to be calling from sky regarding my broadband, claims my router is sending them some sort of warning that there's a fault they need to fix. I'm not with sky, they didn't know who I was, it's a scam trying to get money out of you to fix your broadband. SCAM Call centre. Numerous calls to say he (Foreign accent called “Oliver”) works for government to claim back fees overcharged. Demanded £130 for a Pay Sure (credit) card for me to pay tax man his cut! Refused to do it. Now saying charging for my cancellation!!
