It s a (very well done) recorded message about an accident that isn t your fault. If you say anything else other than "yes" the call terminates.

This was an automated call. Claiming to be HMRC and advising I had a warrant against me for unpaid taxes. My voicemail picked up the second half of the recorded message which advised me to press 1 to be connected to an advisor. DO NOT ANSWER!
