it was santander fraud team, someone used my old debit card at apple kiosk, £699 and £799 on 11th Dec, when i was at work. they already send me new card, so they blocked it and warning me. it was good security!
Life insurance scam. I only knew that as it came up when they phoned. Call went unanswered and the number now blocked. Although this number has negative reviews, the should I answer app didn't automatically block the call.

Had a message left on home telephone asking me to call 01613541022 regarding serious law suit relating to HM Revenue and Customs. Rang this morning and man answered by saying Hello not company name. I gave him my telephone number and he had my name. Said they had looked at the tax from 2006-2016 and owed £1,498. I needed to pay within the hour or a lawsuit would be actioned against me. Got a cold call at 13:03 31/05/14. I am registered with TPS & do not accept any cold calls ever. So when he said "Hello I am Richard from the Green Power Company" I simply but loudly replied "We do not accept any cold calls GO AWAY". He said "sorry sir" and then rang off. I believe this is yet another market research company who can not be stopped from making cold calls as they are not directly trying to sell. I really wish the law could be changed on this.

They usually work for some third company and call with offer of some goods or services for the actual company they were hired for. In this case the number is mostly reported in connection with Three Mobile, could be also calling in the name of another telco operator... Just a call centre.
