Three phone calls from this number. Heavy accent hard to understand. Claims to be doing an important energy survey and that number will be removed from list afterwards. Fraud Pretending to be HSBC, where I have fell for a scam of Royal Mail Parcel being held for insufficient postage, they have called for my card number and old details, and trying to tell me that there is a fraud activity in Manchester, and tried to ask me for new address, I know instantly, this is the people who has phished my bank account details.

Had a call this morning from a man claiming to work for a company called "First Pass", asking about an RTA I was supposed to have been involved in. I asked how he got my details and requested that they be deleted from their data-base. I have never been in an RTA, and am on TPS to prevent cold-callers. He persisted in trying to obtain more information from me and when I refused to answer, he hung up. If they call again, I shall report them to Ofcom.
