Exactly as the Anon below. Have called every day this week asked to confirm business owner s name and if they could speak to them. When I asked what it was regarding he said he was from Blacks Brokers and it was about a letter they had sent him. No letters have been sent I open the mail. Scam artists.

Had to urgently contact them regarding some fraudulent transactions on my account. The number is for the fraud team, and it's totally genuine.

Caller stated that I or my husband had completed their medical information sheet within the last 12/18 months, which we had no knowledge of. He then went onto what aches and pains we suffer with, as this was part of their survey. Again we asked how they had our ex-directory telephone number, which he refused to answer. He was very persistent and we are concerned of a confidentiality breach of our personal medical information. We subsequently visited reviews of their website and comments about this companies

This number called today and I didn t have time to Google it before answering. Said they were from American Express, only asked for half my postcode and they knew the type of card I held and how long I have had it. He was trying to sell an identity/credit rating protection (Platinum protect plus I believe). He was polite, when I said I wasn t interested he was pleasant. Called saying they were the tumour information society? Wouldn't accept he was hassling me and wouldn't let me get off the phone even after I said I would report him....

So after speaking to my local council office they have informed me that i am not in debt with council tax and they have not instructed this company to collect anything. So i guess im just gonna have to repay there kind phone calls and house visit with a police complaint. Good luck SCOTT & CO

A few minutes after my last nuisance call, which was from the Talk Talk impersonators, I got this one - from the p.p.i. pests using a number they had not used for me before. Only a couple of days ago their recorded message was saying it was their final attempt to contact me, but telling lies is habitual for them. I estimate I have had a hundred calls from these people. I look forward to the day they are prosecuted. They are making money out of people s naivety so I hope they get fined heavily.
