Called me today. They knew my full name and postcode (very old one as I don't live there for 4 years now). She said they were calling about bank charges refund. I said I have no PPI but she said is bank charges that I pay on my bank account. She wanted to know what bank I have, type of account and year I was born. SCAM Claiming to be from Sky technical services, reporting a fault with my internet. Asked about my broadband speed, I responded with he should be able to tell me that. I asked him if he was calling from Sky, he should be able to identify who I was, & he claimed to only have my number, not my name. Then I asked why he thought I had Sky. He then hung up!
