Chasing non existing debt very harassing blocked and reported. Fraud &scam artists

Keep saying they are EE they are not they asked me if I was going over my data I asked them if they were EE then they would know this information on my account blocked the number..

Called on the half hour (which is a dead giveaway for cold callers) - not payign attention so I hung up. Why do they do it? Wasting my time as well as theirs and I m not likely to answer a second time am I?? (barred call)

This is the third number repeatedly calling me from unknown company in Sheffield with similar phone numbers. All fail to leave a message when they encounter Call Handling. Suspect.

Called 6 times in three days. No voicemail.. rang back and it said they d call again later. Number blocked!

I was charged ?18 in June and a further ?30 in July for a series of texts (?6 per texts) on my mobile bill. EE, who is my mobile provider said they could not refund me the charges as they were from a 3rd party for services such as an entry in a prize draw, or a game download, which apparently I had requested, and as such they could not refund the charge. Not sure who these are but stating they are from hrmc regarding tax fraude!

It was a dead call. It rang, I answered. Several seconds of silence later and the call dropped. Another site has a claim that it is a debt management company. I could not tell. Ringing and hanging up to encourage a call back seems to be on the rise. I would say that there is no reason to trust it.
