Phishing message about my paypal account

Asian guy asking me about my postcode. After repeated asking what call was about he says he s from the HR of UK. Then when pressed he says it s for a company with similar name as the one I work for! Then starts asking about what mobile phone I prefer. Hung up! Total scam!

Called at 14:45hrs 27/08/2015 Started to ask questions he already knew. I reply with your number has called me 6 times at least this week and I requested him to take my number of their call list I reminded him that the call was been recorded he tried to get me to hange up I kept on the line until he put the phone down

I have received so many calls from those people. I have once spoke with a woman, I told her to stop bothering me, she says "OK, you want be called anymore". Few days ago I got a call from the same people, this time was an Indian guy.
