SCAM Claimed I was owed a ppi payment for £3000 had my name address and date of birth but then said to recieve it I had to take out a life insurance policy to prove I was the person owed the money. Blatant lie, you do not need to take out insurance to prove your identity.

SCAM Recorded message purporting to come from National Insurance, stating that fraud has been committed using my NI number. I disconnected it as soon as it had got any further.
Subcontinental-sounding told me I needed a box to stop nuisance calls - two pounds fifty a month for three years! Caller Display does it much cheaper and I don t usually answer calls from 0845- numbers. Curious this time.
