Started getting calls beginning of March, normally between 2-3 in afternoon. Somtimes twice a day in a week. Ignore every time rings off quick. Hopefully will stop soon, but in any case I m changing my number soon anyway

SCAM caller. claiming illegal activity on my lap top or I phone Scammer tried to get me to open google team viewer I told him I had ultra viewer and was not going to open up my system , at this point the scammer told me I was wasting his time . This number purports to send messages from Gov.uk, offering energy rebates. My wife pays the electricity bill not me so I was very suspicious when I was saved for my energy company and then the card details with which the company was paid. Pretty sure it is a scam

They re not UK numbers, so UK authorities have no jurisdiction over where or who they are.

09 Dec 2021 - Has called 3 days in a row, not sure if its robotic or a person but after I say hello there is silence and they put the phone down. I suspect they are testing numbers to see who answers then possibly sell this data on to other spam callers. Don't bother answering, block number if you can. Reply
