This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. SCAM / SPAM Automated call, from my "internet provider" who would be disconnecting me within 24 hours due to "illegal activity" taking place over my connection - instructed to "press 1" to connect me to an executive. Connected to a woman speaking English with an Indian accent. Her script wasn't very good, tried to talk about online banking/shopping. I was busy so didn't string her out any longer. This type of call has been covered by e.g. a Channel
