Scottish Power. ??? They called me to tell me that I was late on a 3 month bill and needed to be settled immediately over the phone... She asked for all my details and them payment details. I was not sure of the call so I asked her to call me back once I have checked my account online (by logging in the scottish power web site with my details... I was not late, only had a bill issued 2 days ago for a very smaller amount that what she was after... BE CAREFUL!

I didn t answer but then called the number back and was greeted by a recorded message with an American accent asking me not to hang up because my call is very important to them .
