This number called this morning and the recorded message must have started before the answerphone greeting had finished with the result that I only got a very small part of the message left. Was asked if I had debts and how I could clear them easily. However, I have also had calls from the same number stating they were Microsoft Technical Engineers - had plenty of them trying to scam me for bank details.

Clearly an illegal marketing scam. They think of anybody s name when they call and then, when you say you aren t them, they just carry on, saying that what they are selling will probably interest you anyway. Con merchants.

Number claims to be from NHS stating I have been in contact with someone who has Omicron Variant and I must order a free PCR testing kit and left a link to claim it. How would they know I have been in contact with someone with that variant? Expect it is a scam and if I clicked on the link who knows what the result might be.
