As others, I answered the phone and waited, and waited, and waited. After around 15 seconds I heard it start to dial out, and someone then began to speak but I closed the call before responding. Clearly a call centre whose autodial is calling faster than their agents can respond.

I missed their first call yesterday, but answered today and they said they were calling about an accident I ve been involved in recently (with an upward tone at the end - as though they were asking this as a question)... I just said "errr, no - I ve not been involved in an accident for a long while" and they hung up on me. Very untrustworthy - don t bother answering.

SCAM - Seems to be a call centre as noisy line. Tried to obtain bank details etc under false pretences, alleging an engineer from BT has detected problems on my home landline and that without rectification I could incur £+ costs but if remedial action is taken quickly charges may be reduced. I asked for their engineer and departmental details but got nowhere so advised would call BT myself and the caller rang off. One for OfCom and other authorities.

Sent me information on buying carbon credits after me avoiding them for weeks - now they are trying to ring me 4 times a day - I just reject the call now ..... Several missed calls from this Manchester number, with no message left. Many of the calls "after hours" i.e after 7pm. I don t know anyone in the Manchester area, also if it was a genuine call a message would be left. So in my opinion, this must be a scam call, as no message is ever left and many of the calls are before 9am and after 7pm. Annoying to say the least, these companies should be fined and banned.

This number connects to a company claiming to be HMRC but you cannot call this number it will call u and connect. They will say you have outstanding tax due and try and get a payment from you over the phone.. they will even send emails with fake letters from the revenue to back there case. These are scammers.....
