I confirmed the accident details and was told to sign documents that will be sent by email. Got around to the signing a few days letter and was told my claim will now be processed. Call one, two or three times a day about PPI, been going on for three days now, every day a different number, others include 07836 154787, 07894 578454, 07906 927204, 07896 128765. After asking them to stop calling I was told to F*** OFF by them, and the calls have increased.

Two calls today from this number. First call disconnected as answering. Second call asking to check contact info/ saying from Marks and Spencer. Said I would ring them myself.

Very aggressive and rude calls. Start off nice but then deteriorate if you do not give them the personal information they want.Selling insurance I think.. They are persistent and have been ringing on and off for several months, at least weekly but usually more frequent.
