01986684739 Caller (Paul Smith) with a very strong indian accent, claimed to be from Virgin Media technical team - did not do any security. Asked me what colour light was on WiFi box. I asked him why no security? He said he was regulated by OFCOM and not allowed to take any personal details. He claimed to have my service record number, all his calls are recorded, the call would not cost me anything and was calling to help me with issues with my internet that have flagged up on their system and malware. had 5 calls per day for the last 2 weeks, finally had enough and answered them, wished I hadn't. I had a non-fault car accident in Jan 2015 - these people claimed they could help me get some cash for me for the injuries I'd had (I didn't have any), and the amount of time I stayed in the hospital (I didn't), the amount of time I had to take off work (I didn't) etc, etc. Knew a lot about my accident, but didn't have the name of the road the accident was on, what car I had, where I lived.
