Wanted to update my water company details. Foreign voice - couldn t understand properly.

rang me 2 days ago asking me to complete a survey based on services I had used before, I politely asked for them to remove me from their contact list and they hung up. had another call from them again today, lady was very rude, told me that if I completed the survey I would not be contacted again. I explained I had already asked to be removed from the list and informed her I did not want to complete the survey. Claiming they d read I had an accident. I haven t then they hung up. Sounded like somebody fresh out of non-school. Wasters - get a job and stop trying to fleece people.

Female caller, Indian accent, gave name something like Mindy, claimed to be from Talk Talk. Obviously long delays between exchanges, nothing like usual UK call quality.

Rang saying they were from Microsoft (they have rung several times before) asked if I was before the computer said no getting repaired(fib) back next week Asked how muck will it cost to repair said £2 I have had this done before a year ago they said £10 then asked for my details and tried to take out £835 DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY DETAILS EG SORT CODES ACCOUNT NUMBERS PASS WORDS DATE OF BIRTH GIVE A FALSE Just string them along for a day or two and then ask them to "catchSpiders" GOOD LUCK
