Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2036086xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with telemarketing calls, surveys, sometimes also accident chasers - insurance and PPI claims. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...

This is a SCAM loan company who claim to offer great loans for people with bad credit at a upfront fee of 250. I agreed to a ?2000 loan over 18months with a monthly repayment of ?136. Once I had made my up front agreed payment (I m now ashamed to say) it was clear I had been SCAMMED!! Although they communicated with me throughout I was told that I would need to make another payment of ?150 due to my unreliability and poor credit score. Caller said he was from Telephone Preference Service. Asked for the new expiration date of my debit card to confirm my ID to help him to prevent scam calls! Presumably phishing for useful ID data.

Well, this number is related to the RSPCA - check them at http://www.rspca.org.uk/home - but this number is used by a global call centre working for multiple charities, and the bad thing is that they share the database of numbers, so can call you not only in the name of RSPCA then... Probably I will block this number, it became just a nuisance...
