I got a call from them just couple minutes ago. The lady knew my name and address, I don?t know if postcode was right as she had really bad accent. She started to ask some stupid questions such as if I have Sky at home or washing machine. I just said bye. But she knew my details and it scares me.

They purport to be a government agency refunding bank fees. My belief is that they are scammers.

Wanted to close accident insurance claim. Told them to contact my insurance company. Asked where information came from told "men in black . They then hung up! Very angry to receive this call.

I ve received about 8 calls from this number in the last week. When I answer, I can hear what sounds like Call Centre noise, but no person talking to me. After a few seconds they hang up. Not worried or frightened, just a bit miffed that they won t have a conversation with me. We re not really allowed to speak with other adults on my high security wing and by constantly calling me, there s a risk that my handset will be discovered. The advisor said they take on personal injury claims (only the minor discomfort kind). Put me through to their internal solicitors. I confirmed the accident details and was told to sign documents that will be sent by email. Got around to the signing a few days letter and was told my claim will now be processed.
