Crazy phone call from 0191296000. Better don t pick it up

Timeshare platinum weeks. Out of date information quoted, probably from other organisations or companies. Seems to have a database out with data protection laws/ no protection from GDPR, and information shared or sold by others. Cold called without permission, TPS not checked and seems to use a mass computer calling system as have had lots of dead calls from same number.

This number is Knowsley advocacy hub. They are part of a charity to help people who live or work in the Knowsley area. Please call them if you have a problem as they can help you

Caller asked to speak to person who wasn t in. Told to phone again after 6pm (4 hours away). Received 2 further calls from this number within 30 minutes of original call so caller obviously doesn t listen.

It seems its a scam as they called me as a car insurance company asking my bank card details for payming without sending me an email or post for the contract details!

Received a call from this number. It is a text messaging service used by several companies, some legit others not- my old dentist in my case.

Same as above, had a call claiming to refund bank charges, hung up straight away - person spoke broken english and sounded like a large call room in some 3rd world shit hole

This is a SCAM. Called me asking for credit card/ debit card details so they could block unwanted calls. I told him this was a scam and he repeated "a scam" and then hung up.

Enjoyed stringing him along, the man from First Response / MIB (Motor Insurance Bureau) I asked if he meant the Men In Black, as he was calling to see if my RTA had been sorted out, I asked which one he was referring to as I said I have had few LOL, he couldn t give the information he was referring to but said in the last 2.5 years. They called twice in the past week, so I called back curious to see what company it was. All they said was it was consumer care line. The first woman hung up on me when I asked what the company was. The second was a guy who after me asking a few times went into the speech about PPI and other loans and stuff and then when I said I ve never had any of that he ended the call. He knew my first name though which was a bit confusing.
