Hung up when answerphone clicked in. You can register the same number as personal & business with TPS. Discovered that my number used to be a record store, so still get people asking if I have certain LP’s! But many of corporate calls stopped. Presume this lot don’t bother with TPS.

Asian-sounding male, calling himself Mr. W., asking to speak to my brother. Asked if washing machine was alright. We recently had dishwasher repaired, so I thought call was genuine (insurers). Then asked if I was over 35. I said that was irrelevant. He persisted with question, becoming aggressive in tone. I persisted with my answer. When he asked for my postcode and name I hung up.

Left a msg on answering machine which Frightened my mother and father a little but they were reassured once we showed them this page however they could easily have phoned back without realising it’s a scam. This type of call should be stopped- have reported as a fraudulent call

After caller introduced himself to me, I politely informed him that I didn't have time to speak right now and tried to ask him to ring another time. I was talked over in a rude and patronising way telling me he wasn't trying to sell me anything. I cut in with that's fine but I need to go. He then screamed blue murder at me!
