Guy calls saying I qualify for a refund due to a prior overpayment and that he can help me claim it. I ask where he s calling from, he says "consumer services". Starts asking for my banking details and I have to interrupt him again to ask what company the "consumer services" relates to. He answers with Reactiv Media and the continues badgering me for bank details. I stop him to say I don t recognise the name of the company and if he could remind me what service I purchased from them. He hung up.

Be aware if this number calls, it is for a shared costs, so better not to call back. Have checked also different formats of this number, but no luck - similar numbers are reported with insurance marketing and financial services. Caller said she was from "Energy Advisors" and that they work alongside my enery supplier. I asked who was my enery supplier and she said "EDF". This was wrong.
