I answered and immediately "they" ended the call

just got the call from this number,how I can stop them to keep calling?I'm not answering,but it's not the first time

It's a Madingly number, I don't know anyone from this area. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognise, I just let them go to the answering machine ...

Missed call, no answer machine message -- according to this thread it could be a harassment, so .. welcome to my blocked list.

Silent call

This number is one of a group that has recently called me and appeared to be a scam of some sort. I answered and waited before speaking any, and after three seconds they hung up. It is NOT 02 it is Phones 4 U calling as you are near/or due an upgrade. Email Phones 4 U and ask to be removed from the marketing database - this worked for me.

Asked for me by name, then said he was from Citizen advice and I had unsecured debt. I asked what branch of Citizen advice he was from as it was strange they were calling me He responded, oh why don t you put the phone down don t bark at me, just put the phone down you F***ing idiot. then hung up.
