Had a missed call off this number on Monday at half past 4. Tried to call back, just got an automated voice saying 'inbound' then it went dead.

Anyone know who this would be? Presume some scam.

Company have been passed a file saying I was involved in an accident in the last 3 years. Sorry I haven t. This person just ended the call. Only answered it because it was a local number.

I doubt that very much, also pet peeve but called me by my first name which suggests they have more information than I would care to give.I had to stop his spiel to ask him to remove my information which he couldn t do so I ve hung up. Really bad accent,hard to understand and rude. Hate these calls.

Don’t waste your breath talking to these people. Put the phone down on them immediately or if you are so minded, just tell them to **** off . . . they’ll get the idea.

Pre-recorded message claiming to be from BT but not sure why a British company would use someone ( or voice generation software) with a mid-Atlantic accent to deliver a message to a UK-based customer. Some rubbish about disconnecting my Internet if I don t follow instructions which, undoubtedly, would involve me in racking-up a huge phone bill, i.e. if press either 1 or 2 as instructed. I hung-up. A variation on the SCAM calls from India about problems with internet account.

Called today left no message.

Keep getting calls from this number and then the silent treatment 4-5 times a day driving me insane grrrr

Apparently I ve been shoplifting and they have a mug shot of me and want me to go back into the store as I was not even in asda . Played along and said that she must be a very sad person to have to make scam calls then told her to DO 1 . Tink
