SCAM Claimed to be from Microsoft and asked me to turn on my computer to verify an issue and error messages. I run a business and all our computers are fine. I challenged the request to state who paid the internet bill; I stated that I did not believe she was from Microsoft, and when asked if this was a business or personal computer I replied that she should know as she has just called my business. Unsure who this number is but had missed call on personal mobile. When rang back from personal mobile, number was unrecognised, however when I rang from my work mobile phone was switched off!

Reply was ‘exactly let me explain, why the f*** would you answer the phone at this time of the morning.’ The time of the call was 11:15 am. Think this person needs to go and get a proper job rather than clearly scamming people.
