They repeatedly call me, asking to speak to somebody whom I've never heard of (only know the name due to them calling and asking for a Mrs Fraser?) - every time, the callers get very abusive and have sworn at me, calling me a bitch and to fuck off, when asking for my details to be removed off the system. They call from different numbers more often than not and never tell you what they are calling for. I have just been called by this number who immediately wanted to take me through security! All sounded very legit but just something in the back of my mind made me think that anyone could call up and start asking for my date of birth etc etc and why would I give that info to a complete stranger!!! I told them they needed to write to me instead (he said they already had - ha, ha) and then put the phone down. Looked up this number and guess what - loads of people who have had calls from the same number!
It is my BB provider and they ask me 2 charaters out of the security question I set up with them and my surname for data protection before discussing my account. I must say the person I spoke to was friendly and actually gave me a discount on my current deal, did not try n sell me more stuff which was good.
