Left two messages and asked to speak to a relation that has never lived here. I rang company and they asked if I had the same surname, told them I didn t, they asked if he had ever lived here, then asked for my home phone no. Gave it to her and she said that it had been deleted, I asked if they had my address, lady got very rude and told me not to worry about it anymore and then put the phone down. Why she should be rude to me I don t know. It my address that will have the bad debt attached to it.

Said they were in my town (I live 200 miles from London) and they were doing energy saving. Asked if it was a "Green Deal" they said it was. Told them my opinion of it...

another annoying call from number I don t recognise, so I don t answer. I get at least 3 calls per day from numbers I don t know. I have a way of blocking these calls, ( which I have had to pay for)but as soon as I do that, another one pops up. I would be very happy to know that "somebody" out there is working to deal with this.I know from reading comments and talking to friends that just about everyone is affected, and that I m not the only person to be maddened by these calls.

Had several calls today from this number.. And when we were having our tea, the house rang with this number and when we didn t answer it the mobile rang....this makes you think it is an urgent call???!!!! DO NOT GIVE ANY DETAILS! Your internet and phone line are fine...there isn t a problem with it at all. It s just these thieving bastatds trying to relieve you of your cash...they get abusive when challenged..

Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily. Also, my advice is not to take up credit or accept a credit cards from Vanquis Bank as they are extremely aggressive in their debt collection. Do the research and see how unhappy peo
