It s the collections dept from Lloyds. They trade under a variety of "banking names" including Cheltenham and Gloucester, Midland & West, Sainsburys Bank, etc. Although you may not have a bank account with them you may have a store card or credit card, loan, etc which is funded by them. However, if you are unsure about this caller then do not give them any information as they will eventually write to you. Phone calls are cheaper than postage, hence the use of that contact method initially.

Following day delivery is received but it’s the wrong phone in my case two phones IPhone 11 & iPhone 12 Carphone Warehouse call you advising they have made a mistake and ask you to return the delivery to 11 Carter Street Accrington BB5 0PY Please don’t the address is an empty building.

People did someone answer this number? I had few missed calls from this one, probably some call centre robocaller testing my number? I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. I received two calls in quick succession from different mobile numbers, but when checking on in this site they were both located in the same part of the country, near Manchester. I don’t know anyone in that part of the country, so I’m assuming that they are both from a call Center that has someone got hold of my number ????
