Foreign female voice purportedly from Talktalk regarding slow computer got a bit stroppy when her questions were not answered

I phoned this number back and it said THIS NUMBER IS UNRECOGNIZED so now I know. When I answered this number previously it was an Asian man with bad English from a lifestyle company doing surveys. I ve been a victim of fraud in the past so never do over the phone surveys especially from an Asian man with bad English. Also be careful when you phone someone afterwards as they are always still on the phone line.

Someone calling from CAMHS which is child and adolescent mental health services. I told her I didn t have anyone at my address below the age of 18 and she must have the wrong number. To which she informed me if she had my number I did! Unfortunately for her I work for YOT and with CAMHS so sent her on her merry way. Very odd and I will be checking this out.?

Hi , just got a phone call from this number please avoid , i was going to give them my card details although i donot prefer to give it by phone , he said he does not need the 3 digit numbers , just £ 2.78 to cover the post charges !! I had letters and calls from Taurus which I stupidly ignored. I was taken to Court and at the hearing a hearing a gentleman advised me to discuss debt issues. He said Taurus Debt Recovery have a lot of account holders on benefits and they have a friendly and supportive team. I would encourage anyone with debts with them to talk to Taurus. If you don t contact them they will issue court claims and or issue bankruptcy.

Very long phone call. Said had bought my number and it was all above board. Said they were based in Leeds with their tel. no. being 0333 3442323. Caller gave name as Emma Whitin...

Called and said they were "UK Insurance Group" regarding a recent minor collision. Told them that if they were genuine, they were misinformed, but that I suspected they were cold callers trying to scam me. When asked to give evidence of their identity, or details of when and where this collision supposedly took place, they hung up.
